Feed rations -and- tidbit tips

Feeding should be once or twice per day, depending on your schedule.
You should feed pellets, hay, and fresh water every day.
* Tip*
If the water is still cool, and mostly full you can leave it until the next day. If it's hot, DUMP it.

Rabbit weight- feed
Pounds---Ammount

2-4 1/4 cup pellets
5-7 1/2 cup pellets
8-10 1 cup pellets
10-12 1/2 cup pellets
13+ 2 cups pellets

Hay can be given to nibble on at night.

*TIP* Store your rabbit pellets in a container with a lid on it! This prevents aimals from smelling it, keeps the food fresher, keeps water out, and prevents molding, spilling, ripping, and tearing!

*TIP* Select a day or two each month, to work with your rabbits. Circle the date on the calandar and keep it! this will help you stay organized. Heres what you should do on that day
* Get a couple bags of feed
* Purchase some more bedding
* Take your rabbit out for an hour or so of exercise. Maybe a walk?
* Soap scrub the whole living area, and add new bedding
* Wash all the dishes
* Maybe bathe or brush your rabbit
* Work on litter training, handeling, or another select problem
* Clip his nails
* Do a general health checkup
* Purchase some vitamin C drops, or mineral drops for his water
* Make him some new toys
* Take him with you shopping, or out.
* Buy him a harness or leash* If he doesn't have one)
